(Trail pass required). The Trailside is located in a beautiful tree surrounded neighborhood with views of the national forest and access to the Mickelson Trail with ZERO GRAVEL to the home. There is also a little lake within walking distance of the Trailside with fish in it, Sheridan Lake is 5 miles away for more fishing, and Custer State Park is 12 miles away. With everything so convenient in one lovely package, it`s perfect for your Black Hills vacation!  PLEASE NOTE:      Access to the loft is either through the heated garage or through an outside entrance           There is no off street parking in this neighborhood, please park cars, trailers, and ATV`s in the garage or driveway. No   (Website hidden by Airbnb) RV`s or campers are allowed to be parked in this neighborhood at any time.       The garage is no longer available to park in as the owners store their UTV in the garage. It is still possible to fit a couple     (Website hidden by Airbnb) of motorcycles.       If you have a larger group or reunion, you can also reserve the Forest Edge with this home as they are located within        walking distance of each other. It sleeps 6 people. The Trailside Cottage (Main Level of Home) features a full gourmet kitchen, laundry facilities, BBQ grill, TV, WiFi, and more. There is 1 bedroom on the main level with a king sized Tempurpedic bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The Trailside Loft (Loft in Home) features a kitchenette, TV, and WiFi.
