Lovely cottage with 2 en-suite rooms ideally located between the mountains and the sea on the edge of Snowdonia: perfect for a relaxing break. Open plan living/dining /kitchen with quality furnishings and granite and oak worktops. Chunky oak dining suite with seating for 6, lovely leather chesterfield settee and comfy armchair. 37" tv with freeview, dvd player, mini hifi with ipod/mp3 docking station and wifi. French doors opening onto sunny terrace with table and chairs overlooking Victorian Walled garden with willow arch. Steps down(6) into garden. Fully equipped kitchen with granite and oak worktops: gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge,freezer, dishwasher. Feature staircase with 2 flights from half landing leading to light and airy bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, conservation skylights (with brass winders) and feature floor level windows with lovely views of garden. Bedroom One has one super-kingsize bed which can be split on request to form twin beds and a luxury bathroom with quality fittings. Bedroom Two features a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room with large corner shower. Quality egyptian cotton linen and towels. Dedicated parking space (just outside front door). Central heating. Shared laundry facilities. Unfortunately, as the gardens are communal, we cannot accept dogs but we can lend you a couple of little friends who are always happy to go for a walk!! We live next door and are usually here to welcome guests but we can leave the key in a key safe when we are away Secret Garden Cottages are situated just above the lovely village of Tremadog with its 3 pubs, restaurant, convenience shop and post office. The Snowdonia National Park is literally 20 paces from each of the cottages front doors and it is lovely to walk out into the hills without having to get into a car. Porthmadog, which is a mile away, has an historic harbour and good selection of independent shops plus a wider range of services including several nice cafes and restaurants, indian and chinese takeaways, Tescos supermarket, butcher,baker, greengrocers, banks and chemists. The leisure centre has a swimming pool, gym, squash, tennis and badminton courts.
