Beautiful luxury three bedroom two and a half bathroom heritage cottage, conveniently located in trendy North Adelaide close to cinema, shopping, restaurants, parks and only 20 mins walk to Adelaide Oval. Spacious fully equipped kitchen, large open plan dining/living area with free WiFi and Netflix, courtyard garden with barbeque. Wooden floors and high ceilings give the house a feel of luxury. Ample on-street parking, including directly outside. You have full private access to all rooms of the house, free parking outside the house and in the street, and full access to the kitchen, courtyard garden and all other rooms. Quiet area with ample parking. A quick walk to great restaurants, bars and the cinema. Sometimes you can hear planes flying over (depending on the wind direction). There is free parking immediately outside the house, plus across the street there is a large parking area. The house is just 8 minutes walk from the main O'Connell Street restaurants and coffee shops, and the *free* 98a / 98c Adelaide Metro Bus (stop 7) is only 10 minutes walk away. To get to the Oval is only a downhill walk of around 20 minutes, as is the city museums and art gallery. The CBD shopping area of Rundle Mall is only 25 minutes walk, or a $7.80 Uber trip away. Guided check in is between 4pm and 6pm, otherwise there is a lock-box where keys can be provided - you will then get a guided check-in at an arranged time the next day if required.
