Close to buses, shopping centres and two fantastic restaurants (Italian and Vietnamese) within 100m. Reverse cycle air-conditioning, wireless NBN internet, fully equipped kitchen with microwave & dishwasher, television & DVD player with Foxtel and free streaming apps (e.g. Netflix and Stan), washer and dryer, 2 beautifully appointed bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and TV and the second has a queen bed with an optional additional single bed. The large sunny deck out the back is perfect for entertaining with a 4 burner BBQ, outdoor setting and umbrella. The landscaped garden even has space for the kids to run around. Check-in is from 3pm. There is a lock box on the wall at the front door with keys inside. The single key fits all external doors. A code will be visible on AirBnb three days prior to check in. We will always try our best to accommodate early arrivals if possible. Second key in bowl on main dining table. Please put one key back in this bowl on checkout and the other back in the external lock box Off-street under cover parking (multiple spots) is available adjacent to the underground carpark roller door. The garbage and recycling is located in a brick shed adjacent to the car park entrance. Self check in, however I will always be available by phone if needed. Swinger Hill Shopping Centre (yes, that’s its name) is a 2 minute walk up the hill to the end of Enderby St and across the road. It contains an IGA express grocery store with liquor and a choice of restaurants, all with excellent food: o SAPA Vietnamese/Asian restaurant and take away - this is some of the best and most authentic Vietnamese you will ever try, and the friendly service from the wonderful family is awesome! Ask for the Bun Cha, pork knuckle and Vietnamese pancake, trust me!! (Website hidden by Airbnb) Corvina Italian restaurant (bookings essential) - great Italian food and service in modern, cosy surroundings. o Rama’s Indian Restaurant (bookings essential) at nearby Pearce Shops (3 min drive) is the best Indian food in Canberra. Mawson Southlands and Woden Shopping Centres are larger shopping facilities located within a five minute drive or 15-20 minute walk Ainsworth St has bus stops 5 min walk away with buses to Woden and the City. Athlon Drive also has bus stops to the express services between City/Woden/Tuggeranong and is only 10-15 min walk away. These are carpeted with sturdy handrails. For long term stays (14+) days there will be a clean required every 10 days in addition to the final clean (cleaning fee applies).
