We are located less then 1km to Scarness beach. The unit has it's own private entrance. Features include a large bedroom (with ceiling fan and air conditioner) with queen sized bed & TV (with DVD player), separate bathroom with shower & bath, & a large combined living/dining/kitchen (with ceiling fan) with reclining couch and tv with Netflix. PLEASE NOTE: We live above the apartment and whilst we make every effort to be as quiet as possible we are a family of four with two dogs and a cat, so at times (generally mornings around 7am and evenings around 6pm) you may hear some foot traffic from upstairs. This self contained apartment is less then a 1km walk to popular Scarness beach. After a day out enjoying the sights of Hervey Bay return to your private self contained apartment to relax in comfort whilst enjoying the freedom to self cater or order in from one of the many nearby restaurants and cafes. Your accommodation features a large bedroom with queen sized bed (with ceiling fan and air conditioning) and TV, along with a full bathroom with separate shower and bath. The combined kitchen/dining/lounge (with ceiling fan) has a double hot plate, bench oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Delonghi automatic coffee machine, reclining couch and large tv with Netflix. Holiday on Hillcrest is your home away from home. Fully self contained apartment on the ground floor of our house. There is a full size front loading washing machine in the bathroom. Included in your stay is a Breakfast Starter Kit with enough supplies to make your own breakfast, including fresh eggs from our own backyard chickens. We have a home gym (featuring cable machine, squat rack, Smith machine, bench and weights) that you can access. We will greet guests where possible, show them around and make sure they have everything for a comfortable stay. We live upstairs so are available if you wish to interact with us, or we can leave you alone to relax in private. We are less then a 1km walk to the Scarness Beach which is a family friendly beach. Scarness features many restaurants and cafes as well as a pub, chemist, foodworks, hairdresser, news agency and gift shops. Woolworths and Coles are less then 2km away. A car is not necessary, however it maybe preferable if you are looking to explore the area further. There is a bus stop about 100m from our front door or if you choose to bring your car you will feel happy knowing we have safe off street parking. We have a dog Moxie, a cat called Kitty , along with Sparky an Indian ringneck, five chooks, and a turtle.
