Super fast free wifi 5 minutes from the beach. Electric bike hire at the end of the street to ride the bike path to the beaches Perfect for both leisure and work. 1 minute walk to public transport Large BBQ entertaining area. No locals please Stylishly furnished, massive kitchen, awesome bath tub and super comfortable beds. The house Close to beach, Museum, University, cafes, wine bars, Civic Theatre, Entertainment Centre. Perfect house to kick back after a day at the beach or the vineyards on our back deck with a large decked BBQ area. There is CCTV Cameras at both the front and back entry/ exits for security purposes only. The whole house is yours. Great deck for BBQ, four push bikes available and an enclosed secure carport for 1 car. Basic tea coffee breakfast and toiletries items are also available. I am available for extra help if needed. I have maps and local cafe etc information in the house to make your stay easy. This is my home as I live between this house and Sydney so I have a lot of contacts. If you need a hairdresser, massage, acupuncture etc just ask and I can recommend the best. Hipster area surrounded by street art, cafes and great Wine Bars. Just a 1 minute walk to the bus stop on Hunter St. Why not take the bikes out, we have a bike track just across from us that takes you through Honey suckle (bars and cafes on the water) right up to our famous beaches and ocean baths. Please note that a full refund will be given if Newcastle or your home town becomes a hotspot or there is a natural disaster. I am a very fair host. If my sheets, quilt covers or toilet seats are stained from fake tan you will be billed to replace these. Please note that the house is opposite the light rail. Whilst this is extremely convenient to get around and take you to the beach there is some noise from this. Two of the bedrooms face the road and if you are a light sleeper you may need ear plugs although it does not bother me when I stay there. There is one room that is not facing the road and is extremely quiet. I am in the process of getting double glazed windows installed for the two front rooms.
