Come and stay with us within our home. If you require two rooms please advise when booking(not suitable for children under the age of 15 yrs)We are 5 km’s on the main road into Whakatane, best of both worlds with a lovely country outlook but close enough if you want to go into town shopping or eat out in one of the many Restaurants in the area. Our two rooms are separately listed if you require two rooms please inquire to availability. We offer TWO ROOMS both with Queen size comfortable beds accommodating 1 - 4 people,(our home is not suitable for children) within a family Home. Two bathrooms, Two Toilets, large communal Lounge, dining and Kitchen area. Studio room can be used as extra lounge. Private outside garden, rural views. A Relaxing stay, Continental Breakfast, a selection of Cereals, homemade Yogurt and Muesli, local berries and honey are included. We have two sons living in separate accommodation outside of the main house. Friendly (Outside) Collie Labrador Cross Dog, Ivy. We have fruit trees Black boy peach, plum, nectarine, lemon, grapes, we also have a vegetable garden, help yourself to fruit and veg when they are in season. Rural setting, Spa Pool, Infrared Sauna, BBQ, Ample Parking- Boats & Camper Vans welcome. Safe swimming and surfing at Ohope beach only a 10 min drive over the hill. Whakatane Golf course just 3 min’s around the corner. If you want to venture off to the big smoke - Rotorua or Tauranga they’re only an hour’s drive away. 40 mins to Lakes, Plenty of Bush walks in area. The gate way to White Island on our doorstep. We are situated in between two Cafe's and two berry farms If you want any information about Whakatane and its surrounding area both David and I have lived in the area all our lives and have plenty of local knowledge. We operate our Relaxation Health Spa on the premises. Hope to see you :-) Our Guests are welcome to use the whole premises including Kitchen, Laundry, Lounge, Studio Room and Outdoor areas. Use of Luxury Spa pool & BBQ. We love to meet and greet our Guests. Give them a tour of the premises, then leave them to settle into their rooms. We respect your privacy We are available for any questions and tips about our local area and beyond. This is our home and you will be welcomed as family. What more could you want? We are on the door step of what the Bay of Plenty has to offer. With White Island off the shore. Only and hour away from Rotorua and Tauranga. A few minutes away form amazing surf casting Beaches, Ohope beach voted best beach, safe swimming, Surfing, Bush walks. You can be as busy as you want or take it easy. Plenty of parking. We can arrange pick up and drop off at the Airport at no charge. There is limited public transport in Whakatane. If you are wanting to dine in Whakatane we offer a drop off and pickup service.
