Newly renovated apartment, fully self contained, sleeps up to 4 people. Nestled in the suggestive medieval village of Fénis, only a short 5 min walk to its famous and majestic castle. The location is approximately 15km drive from Aosta city centre, and offers endless possibilities to the sport and mountain lovers both in winter and summer due to the abundance of itineraries for walks, hikes, skiing, rockclimbing and cycling just to name a few. The apartment is in new conditions and offers a modern design and maximum comfort. A large fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, and large peninsula opens onto the living area with a comfortable sofa bed and tv. The main bedroom with comfortable king size bed has its own walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. The large bathroom has an ample shower, wc, bidet and sink as well as a washing machine. Guests can use private parking ( 2 vehicles) and have full access to the cosy side lawn to relax outdoors. The parking space is only a few metres from the apartment's entrance. Guests will be welcomed on arrival by my property manager, Sonia, who will show you through the space, answer all you questions and make herself available if needed, after check-in guests have full privacy and autonomy but are encouraged to reach out for assistance and local tips.
