Quiet cul-de-sac location, on the beautiful canals of Runaway Bay. We are located within walking distance to Runaway Bay Sports Super Centre-BLK Performance Centre. Enjoy the large modern North facing sunlit room overlooking the sparkling inground pool - absolute waterfront location. Take out the kayaks-go fishing off the private jetty. A super quiet oasis. Your air-conditioned private suite is equipped with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed (and the sofa bed is comfortable with a thicker than average mattress). There are also two-day lounges. You have your own entrance and bathroom. There is a smart tv with Netflix We have a portable oven/grill, microwave, toaster and kettle. There are limited cooking facilities however, you have the items listed below and loads of beautiful cafes and restaurants close by, some only a short walk. After all, who wants to cook on holidays? There is also an outdoor BBQ and outdoor entertainment area. Please note the pool is deep and would not be suitable for children unsupervised. We live in a very quiet residential area where noise travels - especially at night. If you are wishing to be loud, or have parties, this is not the right place for you. However, if you are seeking peace and quiet, you have found the right piece of paradise. *** No smoking on the premises please. You have your own private suite with your own bathroom (water views). The backyard is shared with us. I can help with anything you need to know. If I don't know, we'll find out. The property is centrally located on the water on the beautiful Gold Coast. You can take a short walk to Runaway Bay Sporting Complex, BLK Performance Centre, Runaway Bay Shopping Centre or Runaway Bay Tavern. People that stay here love to visit Harbourtown Shopping Centre for the discount shopping (bargains - it's awesome!) , Dreamworld, Seaworld and Movieworld as well as Topdeck Golf. Take a short drive to Surfers Paradise, The Casino, Broadbeach and the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland. If you feel like a bit of easy exercise, we suggest beautiful level foreshore walks. Short drive to where you can go to Stradbroke Island by ferry. (that's a great day out!) Nighttime is a very special time. Sit on the lounges with a glass or red or a cup of tea and whisper quietly as you hear nothing but the fish jumping out of the water and the trees slightly rustling.
