This is a modern and bright 3 bedroom apartment located in Sundbyberg. The apartment is situated 15 minutes drive from Stockholm City Centre, 5 minutes drive from The Mall of Scandinavia and the Friends Arena. There are beautiful trails and parks for nature lovers. Being so close to central Stockholm, the majority of the museums are a 20 minutes drive away; Skansen, an open-air museum and zoo is also a 20 minutes drive. Arlanda Airport is a 25 minutes drive and Bromma airport The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The master has a king-size bed, 4 door wardrobes with good storage, bedside tables with lamps on either side and a window with a gorgeous view of the communal garden area. The second room has a king size bed, a double wardrobe with good storage and a window with a wonderful view of the quiet and local area. The third room has a daybed which can be extended into a king-sized bed, good storage and a window with a beautiful view of the local area. There is one bathroom which consists of a shower, laundry machine and dryer. The spacious living room area is bright with two large windows, a large L-shapes sofa capable of sitting 5-6 people, coffee table and a 55" smart TV. The living room also provides access to a spacious balcony. There is a large open space kitchen and dining area which can seat up to 4 people with a 3 large and 1 small window letting in lots of natural light; although the kitchen and living areas are distinctive, it is open planned. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, large fridge, large freezer, dish washer, kettle, toaster and all the necessary equipment needed to cook a meal. I will most likely be there when you check-in and will be available to contact by phone and email. The neighbourhood has a perfect balance of urban and rural life, the apartment is just around the corner from restaurants, bars and a convenience store. With the apartment being so close to the city centre you can have an exciting night out or day out in the city within just 10-15 minutes drive. There are a range of outdoor parks, swimming pools and nature trails within just 5 minutes from the apartment; Igelbäcken's nature reserve is also close by where you can walk, run, ski or cycle. The apartment building has a communal garden area which has a playground for children, multiple outdoor seating areas, a BBQ area where you can gather in a small group or entertain; there are also lawn areas for picnics. There are two large supermarkets, petrol station, fast food chain and an array of shops close by within walking distance or a short drive (less than 5 minutes) from the apartment. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment for those who want to use public transport, the bus connects the area to the wider Stockholm city and the nearest train stations located in Sundbyberg, Rissne and Hallonbergen which all provide train access through the city. For those who drive, on street parking is available at a cost, however this is free at night after 21hrs and on weekends.
