It also includes a fully functional brand new laundry with washer and dryer and an extra toilet. Entire house is available to guests. The Garage and semi-detached flat which is not available and is separate to the main house is used for storage by the owner. Owner can be contacted at any time. Narellan Town Centre & Mount Annan Shopping Centres are close by and have numerous restaurants and food outlets. Closest Train stations are Macarthur & Campbelltown and both are accessible from bus stops which are a short walk from the house. It is a 90 minute trip to the city centre via public transport from the house or a 60 minute drive. 40 minutes to the South Coast beaches via the M5. No pets. Strictly no parties allowed.
