Better Hens & Gardens - Private Room w/Shared Bath

This room is fondly known as "Chicken Feed" and "Yellow Room" as we like to coordinate things to make it easy for our awesome Airbnb guests! This is a well-loved home! We have raised our children here and they have flown the coop! We just upgraded our home with new carpet! We have happy chickens that live in the back yard and give us eggs every day! Both my husband and I work. I telework from home full time. We have two other Airbnb rooms in our home: Chicken Nest Flew the Coop Private Bedroom with Queen size bed and shared bathroom. In addition to your room, you have full access to the kitchen, patio areas, and the back yard. There's a separate refrigerator in the garage for your foods and shelving for non perishables. We will be happy to suggest great places to see and do as well as restaurants to check out. For communication, I am Deaf and my husband is hearing. I communicate via speech and sign as well. Cambrian is in the center! We are close to downtown San Jose and over the hill to Santa Cruz! Our home is on the border of Campbell and Los Gatos. We have parking on the street, within walking distance to bus stops, and 2 miles away from the Bascom Light Rail station which takes you to downtown San Jose and even to Levi's Stadium! We are 25 minutes away from Santa Cruz! Our location is in the center of many events that happen every month! We do have a total of 3 bedrooms that we rent out. There may be times we will have guest(s) in the other rooms listed on our Airbnb listings. Food allergy: No bananas allowed in the house.
