A king size bedroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. Private drive way and access road. light space, modern house, and new build. Large garden for the summer with a large patio area and BBQ INCLUDED. Small drive to any of the local Cotswold locations or fancy walking or climbing, Cleeve hill is just up the road can be seen from the top bedroom, beautiful scenery and local walks and not forgetting the beautiful Cheltenham spa town. Small pets allowed. This space is in 10 mins walking distance from local shops, Tesco’s and the village pubs, it’s directly next too a bus stop which takes 5 mins to get into town. We allow up to two small pets, must be crate trained and not allowed upstairs. If you wish to have the pets on the sofa please brings your own blankets. There is lots of parking spaces on the road if more than two vehicles are coming. No permit required. There is three bedrooms upstairs, one master and a double. The third bedroom is a small room and can be used as a study. There is a an ironing board, iron and towels. Washing machine and fridge, oven and hob. Smoke detectors fitted in every room. Downstairs is the living room large L shaped sofa and a downstairs toilet, in the kitchen a small storage area for coats and plenty of cupboard space. The dining tablet is a medium sized bench and seats up to six people. The garden has a small BBQ left, please use if you want too. Entire house, excluded shed outside. Lively village within 10mins walk, there are two local pubs that both serve food, there is one bar, as well as a local cafe, supermarket and Costa. If you want to go into Cheltenham town centre there is a bus or a short drive. Cheltenham hosts a multitude of restaurants, bars, shops, nightlife, quiet pubs as well as beautiful parks including pitville park and lakes. Parking is directly outside the house. There is two bus routes into town. On arrival there is a key lock box, in the back garden next to the back door.
