If you want to go to Herceg Novi in hight season every 2 hours going boats Loro and Rose and in may, june and september and october they are gong few times per day. First line is at 6:30 in the morning. Ticket in 2 dirrections is 4 eur. Also from Rose you can go by boats which are comming from Herceg Novi and further going to Zanjice beach on the another part on peninsula. Apartment do not have terrace, and it is on the second floor, so you will need to go by some stairs.
