It has beautiful character features such as exposed stone walls, a slate tile floor and a wood burner. The downstairs kitchen/dining area also incorporates two comfy chairs to relax in. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a built-in wardrobe and a chest-of-drawers, plus wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom has a shower over the bath, and there is conveniently a separate toilet downstairs. The property is situated in a beautiful area of East Devon, right at the end of a country lane. Holyford Woods is only a few hundred metres away. The property is available to let on a weekly basis, Friday to Friday. However please do enquire about short-break opportunities (3 nights minimum) outside of peak weeks, and possible discounts for last minute getaways.
