Corporate housing welcomed. Just a 10 minute drive from downtown Danville and 45 minutes to Lexington. Whether you're in the area for the festivities, on a business trip or visiting your loved one at Centre College, this small farm has spectacular views and a tranquil setting. This is the place for you. Horse owners can stall board their horses here for an additional $30.00 per horse daily. We can board up to 4 horses. Charges will be made upon your resolution center. We take pride in having a spotless and comfortable place for our guests to stay. You can enjoy a full kitchen to yourself. The space is complete with bedrooms, living room, full bathroom and kitchen. This apartment is just for you. It also has its own separate entrance. For long term stays beyond two weeks there will be a cleaning service every two weeks coming in at guests expense. The expense is equal to the cleaning one time fee at each cleaning. We respect your privacy. However, we enjoy meeting people and are available if you want to mingle. You will be in a quiet county setting away from the noisy sounds of the city. Be ready to see sheep, cows, donkeys and of course horses. You might even catch a glimpse of a deer. You will need a vehicle to get around. The listed air bed is not your typical air mattress. Its a queen size bed and very comfortable. It is the height of a normal bed. If you plan on making your own dinners in the kitchen, you may wish to stop at the grocery store before arriving. There are no delivery services. (ie: Pizza) However, a number of the local restaurants do offer take out. Security camera's are located on the exterior of the location. NONE inside.
