Entry level has the kitchen, dining room, living room, little office space, half bath, deck and enclosed back porch. Rooms in single family home within close proximity to public transportation... private drive with parking for your 1 car if necessary. Two guest rooms; one with the queen-size and one with the double bed and single bed for nap on back porch. Property is beautifully landscaped with an outdoor back patio for your pleasure. You have use of kitchen, living room, dining roon, office space and back porch and deck. I stay on property in a lower garden studio. Please use Side entrance.. It's easier door to enter from driveway. You can use 2 the bedrooms...the bathroom is for you on floor with bedrooms. Master bedroom will be a lock off. Your'e welcome to use the living room and TV, the dining room, back patio, driveway. I have a separate space in the basement and will be on site if you need me.. most of the time. If I'm not home you can reach me by cell. (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Family friendly neighborhood...walking sidewalks, safe area, train within 10 minute walking distance....bus stop at end of street can take you to the train station, Quincy Center South Shore Plaza Shopping. All modes of transportation avail close by. Train to Boston or Logan is 1 mile from house..walkable. Uber is approx $7 from train station to house. No need to bring sheets and towels. Place is allset for your comfort. Light breakfast items and coffee avail.
