Binningup beach house

Bright and breezy, well-equipped, three-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday house six-minutes walk to the beach. Stunning ocean views from main bedroom, verandahs, huge deck at front with BBQ and outdoor setting for six. Large kitchen and full laundry with washer, dryer and iron. Large TV with Testra TV and Netflix. (The property has no fences, so please check with me before booking if you have pets.) This house is high on an elevated block with great views of the ocean, summer sunsets and winter storms. Stunning jarrah floorboards coupled with wonderful light and venetians on all windows give atmosphere and charm. Reverse cycle aircon upstairs and downstairs. If you sit on the deck in the evening you may hear and see the local group of kangaroos grazing on the block next door or bounding on their way. Access to the whole house and garden, but not to the garage. There is now a small cottage on the block and I am sometimes there but it is private and completely separate. Binningup is a quiet beach settlement, half way between Perth and the Margaret River Wine Region. The beach is 22km with 4WD access, swimming fishing, boating and surfing. The beach is patrolled on Sundays between November and March. Binningup has a great 9 hole golf course. This property is 5 minutes walk to the general store and petrol bowsers. General store also does great fish and chips and other take away food. The best way to get around is to walk or cycle. Lots of walking paths and lookouts from the beach. Also 4WD on the beach. By car you can visit the local wineries and local small towns or take a short drive into Australind or Bunbury. • All linen is supplied including towels and bed linen (not beach towels). • Pantry essentials supplied and pre check-in shopping service available, please contact me. • Basic toiletries supplied. • Portacot available. • There are no fences on this property. Pets allowed on the property only with prior permission, please contact me. • Sorry, garage not accessible to guests but plenty of room for parking. • The small cottage Wi-fi is routed from the holiday house so please never disconnect the holiday house Wi-fi.
