Montenegro Holiday Apartment (no 4)

Our apartments are situated outside the village Njivice, in a green and tranquil location, away from the hustle and bustle but still within 5 min car drive to popular dining places, cafes and nightlife. Several beautiful and unspoiled beaches nearby. Perfect for discovering both Montenegro and Croatia as the border is only a few hundred meters away. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families. For bigger groups or families, more than one apartment can be booked (3 available). Welcome! Comfortable and newly furnished apartment (~40m2), with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony, private entrance and private bathroom. Easily sleeps 4 people in 1 double bed and 1 comfortable double bed sofa. Our guests have access to a sundeck with shower, table and chairs and a beautiful view over the Kotor bay. There are 2 parking slots right in front of the house that are shared among our guests. We are more than happy to offer recommendations, travel tips and information about Montenegro and we will be there for assistance whenever needed. If you would like to avoid the big tourist crowds and night time noises and be able to relax in a green and well maintained area, but still be very near to all "cosmopolitan" fun and possibilities, this is the perfect spot for you. The apartment is very conveniently located with only about 30km from two Airports (Dubrovnik in Croatia and Tivat in Montenegro). Airport transfer can be arranged. We highly recommend renting a car while you stay in our apartments as this will allow you to be more independent and flexible. However, we can also help arrange a driver or you can use taxi getting around. The apartment is situated on a hillside (that`s where the beautiful view comes from) and to reach your entrance door you have to be prepared to climb 7 flights of stairs from the main road, and then you will love having a rest at the balcony with a cold drink admiring the stunning view! The Nearest beach is Njivice Beach next to Iberostar Hotel (10-15 min walk partially by stairs or 2 min by car from your apartment). You can access the beach and rent sun chairs and umbrellas. The hotel also offer convenient day packages that includes: sun chairs, umbrellas, access to the pool and beach, breakfast/lunch buffet with free flow wine, beer and nonalcoholic drinks and snacks/tea/coffee/drinks (alcoholic and non) throughout the day. Please ask the hotel for updated price. There are several other nearby beaches (both in Croatia and Montenegro) that can be reached by boat ride or by car.
