Close to Crosby station, a 17 minute train journey into the City Centre, 15 minutes to Sandhills for the Soccerbus to both Football Grounds or to change for the train to Aintree. The train also goes to Southport through Birkdale and nearby popular golf courses. Very close to shops, bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the beach and Anthony Gormley Iron Men statues. All bookings must comply with Government Lockdown restrictions. House is large and well located. It has beds for 19 people with one cot. The two large reception rooms, large dining room and kitchen make it perfect for large groups. Guests have access to the entire house including back garden with covered bbq area, dining room and kitchen open out on to the patio, perfect for bbqs and opening the kitchen space out in to the garden. The house was built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and has many original features with most rooms having beautiful original fire places. The basement will remain locked and unavailable to guests. A residential neighbourhood, within walking distance to shops, Sainsbury’s supermarket, bars, restaurants and pubs. 10 minute walk to Crosby beach with the famous Anthony Gormley statues, with a coastal path through to Formby - great for walking and cycling. Great transport links to City Centre, Southport and Formby. Onward travel to Chester also available. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, whilst also being within easy reach of the lively city centre. There us space for three cars on the drive plus additional on street free car parking. The house is very close to the local station, with trains every 15 minutes. The last train home from town is approx 11:30pm. Beds are all upstairs. If there is a requirement for a bed downstairs for accessibility reasons this can be accommodated.
