The village of Llanddulas has a post office, twenty-four hour petrol station, a popular Indian Restaurant with large car park and the cozy, friendly Valentine Inn. The town of Abergele (with high street shops, bars, restaurants, Tesco, etc) is close by as is Gwrych Castle, location of ITV's 2020 and 2021 series of "I'm A Celebrity ..". The accommodation is about a forty minute drive from the slate quarrying area of Llanberris and Blaenau Ffestiniog which holds UNESCO World Heritage Status. Regular bus services pass close by. To the West, they go to Colwyn Bay, Rhos on Sea, Llandudno, etc and to the East, Abergele, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl, Prestatyn, etc. The London to Hollyhead Intercity train service has regular stops at both Abergele and Colwyn Bay. Local train services also stop here for trips along the whole North Wales Coast. We apologise but the inside of the property is STRICTLY NO SMOKING. (There is a small patio by the entrance for smokers). This includes ALL forms of smoking including tobacco, vaping, shisha and other substances. An additional charge will be made for odour removal for any breaches of this house rule. The Saniflow drainage system in the en-suite shower room and kitchen is checked after each guest visit.
