Wonderful open plan massive first floor living, dining and kitchen space with views over the Tamar valley. Beautiful views from balcony overlooking the Tamar Valley. Excellent location just a few miles into Cornwall, with easy and quick access to so many of the attractions of Devon and Cornwall. Beautiful local walks through woodlands with streams down to Cothele (15th C Elizabethan House and gardens, to River Taymar and Calstock where Turner painted many of his most famous paintings. Also within easy reach of the historic beautiful Plymouth and numerous beaches and sea side towns. Breakfast and evening meals are available on request at an extra cost. The house and host are most welcoming and also has many books, games and jigsaws. There is one room with a double bed £65 a night and one twin room also available at £65 for Adults and £40 for children. Come and enjoy!! the house will be completely free to enjoy on your own. There are local buses and a train to Plymouth 3 miles away. A car is generally needed to view Cornwall and Devon properly unless you want to relax completely and do the local beautiful walks.
