Stunning Holiday Home - Ennerdale Bridge
Based on the Coast to Coast route in the picturesque village of Ennerdale in Cumbria, we are a family-run holiday home managed by myself Rosaleen and husband Billy. Thorntrees sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms. All the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, Freeview television, wifi broadband connection and 2 of the 5 bedrooms can be configured as either a twin or a super-king room. The kitchen is a large traditional country kitchen, but with all the modern amenities such as underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you could possibly need to cook up a storm. Also included are an additional dining table, large upright fridge, large upright freezer, under counter fridge, large electric oven(with 7 gas hobs, 1 grill and two ovens), microwave and dishwasher. Another useful area of the property is the utility room, which is great to take off your muddy boots after a long days walking. Included in the utility room is both a washer/dryer and a storage space for all your muddy gear. The living room has ample space, which contains a large dining table seating up to 10 people. The living room also includes two three seat sofas, a two seat sofa and an armchair all surrounding a traditional wood burning stove for them cosy nights in. The living area has plenty to keep you entertained; board games, fully stocked bookshelf and a smart flat screen television. Thorntrees is also available to rent as a holiday home between the 1st September and the 30th March. We are located directly on the Coast to Coast route in the village of Ennerdale, Cumbria. Located less than a minutes walk from the Fox and Hounds pub, serving real local ale from the Ennerdale Brewery, and food throughout the day. The Shepherds Arms Hotel is just a few minutes walk away, and also serves real ale, and good food.
