This magnificent holiday home boasts panoramic ocean views of the NSW Central Coast Only 1 1/2 hours north of Sydney. The ideal location to enjoy that beach holiday only a short distance from Norah Head, The Entrance, Toukley, Budgewoi The home is fully wheel chair accessible with the bathroom designed with plenty of room for easy management of personal care, large kitchen, wide modern floor design have been applied throughout allowing for easy transition from the kitchen , living & sleeping areas through to the outside. Accomodation for 8 people includes :3 bedrooms 2 queen bedrooms 1 bedroom with double bunk & 2 single beds. 2 living areas TV/ DVD 2 bathrooms BBQ Enclosed yard Lock up garage , with internal access, Relax & enjoy the full sense of being by the sea as you take in the beach, reef, & ocean views from the patio. Only 5 min walk to safe swimming beach, with fishing, snorkeling at your doorstep plus surfing & rock pools nearby as well as recreation areas, parks, restaurants & cafe. Guests will have access to 2 levels of the house- 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, double garage, 2 patios and front yard overlooking the beach and ocean. There are no shared areas and no place will be off limits We now live on the upper level , which is completely separate from the lower 2 levels, with it's own entry into the house. Interaction will be variable depending on the choice of the guests & whether we are in residence in the separate upstair level at the time of the guests stay at Nora Public transport is limited. There is a bus service to Wyong train station We have a minimum of 2 night stay Except for school holidays and long weekends when it is a 3 night minimum
