Clean and spacious room available in a shared house. The room includes a double sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV with Freeview. It's a comfortable room with light decoration and is perfect for single people. The house is located one mile from Walsall Town Centre and Walsall Arboretum, with easy access to local shops, restaurants and retail park. Early check in and late check out, extended stays may be accommodated with notice. The house is a three bedroom terraced house, located just one mile from Walsall Town Centre. The bedroom is located on the first floor, accessed via one flight of stairs. It's spacious with a good amount of natural light. The room includes a brand new double sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. High speed WiFi is available throughout the house. It's a clean and comfortable room, with light decoration. The room is thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis, with additional cleaning products during lockdown/COVID. Guests will share access to the family bathroom and kitchen, on street parking is available near to the property, free of charge. I'm usually available at the house or via phone, text and Airbnb app. I'm happy to interact with guests. The house is located on a main road, which is a mix of residential and commercial properties. We enjoy living near to the Town Centre, it's ideal for easy access to shops, nightlife, restaurants and the retail park, as well as commuting to nearby cities, including Birmingham. It's close to both the M5 and M6 motorway junctions, so we often make use of having days to nearby destinations. The house is located on a main road. It's a short (30 seconds!) walk to the nearest bus stop. Buses are direct to Walsall, Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Cannock. It's around 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest train station, with direct connections to Birmingham New Street and Birmingham International stations. The house is also around a 40 minute drive to Birmingham Airport. My partner and I both work from home during lockdown. I will always be contactable during your stay.
