Modern studio in medieval village

Modern / Ancient studio in the center of a medieval village in the Loire Valley ( Unesco World Heritage) Western France Pièce de 35m2 comprenant 2 couchages (1 clic clac 130 et 1 lit de 140 grand confort), cuisine américaine toute équipée et neuve: micro-ondes, petit four, cafetière, grille pain bouloir... Salle de bain + WC privatifs The outside area of 2000 m2 and our own play area for kids are usable. In summer we usually grow our own vegetables in the garden and depending on the harverst we are willing to share :-) If necessary, we can provide a travelers baby bed or other baby equipment as well as hair dryer and other stuff as raclette service or a regular coffee maker. We are open and at your disposal for any tips and tricks to discover the region. The studio is situated in front of a bakery and a 7 -15 mins walk into the centre of the village where you can find a huge supermarket, bakeries, bars, restaurants and in summer a public swimming pool. It's only a five minutes walk to the local kayak station and the castle. 15 mins walk to a private pet farm and public play ground. 20 mins drive from Saumur, the famous "Cadre Noir - City of Horses" with its thousands of possibilities to enjoy the stay. Visit the legendary Sparkling Wine Caves, the castle , artisanal oil producing factory, enjoy a trip on the Loire in Kayak, or the Loire by bike or one of the biggest zoos in Europe…just a 15 mins drive away. 15 mins drive from the recently opened CENTER PARCS (daily access is 35 Euros) 50 mins drive to Angers and Poitiers, approx 1,5 hours to the attraction park " Puy de Fou" Endless possibilities, Parking space is available just in front of the studio and on our premises. Public transport rather limited as medieval village. Be aware that minimum stay is 2 nights In the months of July and August minimum stay is 1 week, seven nights.
