The tenant has pay deposit of 2000 baht to us upon arrival. The tenant must pay for damage they cause on inventory or furniture of the house. The tenant must to pay if loosing of things belonging to the owner. Smoking in the house is not allowed. The tenant must to keep clean in the house. The garbage room of the residence is in the left side the gate of residence ( You can ask the guard ) Gated community have parking policy. First 3 cars are free, next cars 200 THB/car and night.
