My little house is 10-15min easy walk from shops, lake, Rose gardens, art gallery & pubs. The bedroom is my spare room and is at the rear of the house. In and out entry this way. Car parking is secure- under a carport on driveway behind gates. A sensational breakfast tray is included for you to enjoy. I can also provide another bedroom for extra guests. This has a sofa bed with inner spring mattress. If you need this option, I can send you a special price offer. The bedroom is at the rear of the house and has a comfy queen bed & mattress.This room overlooks the cottage garden back yard .You will have private access in and out through the back door using your own key. I live and use the front of the the house. Bedroom 2 has a new pull out double sofa bed.This has a comfy inner spring mattress.I use this room as a wardrobe and has floor to ceiling open wardrobes. (I also have a fold out thick foam mattress for another person if you need it. Its really lovely to sleep on). Price for 2 rooms is $100.This is an affordable option for larger groups to stay at my house. I have a lovely cat and lots of photo friendly chickens. I live in the heart of Benalla and 10 minutes walk to the shops and 5 minutes to our beautiful trail around Lake Benalla. If you are lucky you can spot a platypus. Car parking is secure- under a carport on a concrete driveway behind gates. Outside, guests can enjoy the garden, outdoor eating spaces whilst watching the chickens. The bathroom inside has a spa that guests can use too. I can give eating options for local cafes and restaurants , all within walking distance if needed. A lot of the time I will stay at my partners home and give the place to yourself. Please be advised that I dont take same day bookings as I like to have a bit of warning ( and I like to have my house and garden looking its absolute best for you.) Also, my home is not suitable for infants or children.
