Casa del Patio a luxury B&B in a mountain village

In the Lecrin Valley between the historic city of Granada and the beaches of the Costa Tropical lies Casa del Patio. This B&B has 5 bedrooms. The breakfast is served in our sunny breakfast room or on the patio where our good size heated pool is. There is also a rooftop terrace to enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains. Casa del Patio is located in the lower part of Pinos del Valle. It’s a spacious house and provides everything for a luxurious stay. There is excellent wifi in every room and heating and airconditioning to control the climate inside. Every room has a Nespresso machine and a electric kettle so you can have tea or coffee in your room. There’s also a large lounge where you can enjoy international tv channels by the fireplace. Or sit outside by the pool or on the roofterrace and enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains. At night you can see a thousand stars! Around the patio with the heated pool, the house is built in an L-shape. On the ground floor is the spacious entrance with on the left a spacious sitting room with wood stove and TV (canal digital), DVD, games and books / DVDs. On the right is the sunny breakfast room. Through the folding garden doors you reach the terrace / patio with the heated swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters. Because the patio is wonderfully sheltered, you can already sit outside with a little sun, early or late in the year. On the first floor there is a room with two single beds on the street side. This room has a bathroom en suite with a shower and doors to a French balcony. On the second floor there is a spacious roof terrace with fixed table and benches and a barbecue. Here you have a beautiful view over the mountains. We will meet our guests and provide them with information of the B&B. Guests have their own set of keys so they can come and go when they please. Breakfast is the ultimate moment to make plans for the day and we will ready to answer your questions or to give you information about the local area. what can you do, where you can eat etc. We speak Dutch, English, Spanish and German. The perfect choice if you are looking for privacy and tranquility in a beautiful setting but do not want to be far from amenities. A perfect place for activities and relaxation. You can walk and cycle directly from the house. With a half hour drive you are at the beach of the Costa Tropical. Half an hour the other way in Granada and at the Alhambra. The Alpujarras are a fifteen minute drive! In the village there is a bakery, butcher and small supermarket. There is also a bar with tapas and a small menu. Casa del Patio offers you the peace and luxury for a wonderful holiday! From Malaga airport it's an hour and 15 minutes drive to Casa del Patio. To explore the area a rental car gives you the most freedom! You pay an extra 10 euros when you stay only one night. The price of 75 euro is for one night FOR ONE ROOM.
