This historic family dairy 15mins off the Pacific Highway, Nabiac, became a music studio where songs flew between Nashville, LA, and Firefly. Today, it's a freshly renovated space under a towering Morton Bay Fig - perfect to get creative or just kick back, relax, birdwatch and explore the white beaches, mountain backdrop, or nearby rivers of Forster, Taree and Gloucester. There's a fridge stocked with fresh local free range eggs, jam, milk, tea, coffee. Dinner can be sourced nearby from either the equally popular Krambach or Nabiac Hotels, or you are welcome to use the BBQ and kitchen facilities provided. A woodfire heater sets a warm tone for cold nights, and an air-conditioner takes the edge off in summer. Respecting your privacy, we live with our two primary aged children and border collie less than 100m away, should you need anything. Just call! Sunrises, sunsets, creative spaces placed within and without the studio, this is a home where guests can take their time to breathe deeply and relax. Between three major towns, multiple beaches and lakes, two villages with pools and pubs, there's plenty to choose from. And the birdsongs are plentiful, inspired by the creek and surrounding trees - an environment where time stands still. Set in a rural valley, you will definitely need a car to get here! Then feel free to explore our property on foot, bearing in mind it is a farm with cattle, a horse and all the wonderful wildlife that comes with being in the country! ** Due to Covid 19, we are now only accepting reservations of 2 nights or more, as where possible we are blocking out at least 2 days either side of all bookings to help with sanitation.
