Traveling Healthcare Providers

Very quiet home built in 1890, the house still holds the same charm it did 125 years ago! Great for traveling health professionals working at Copley Hospital, The Manor, or any of the other health services locations. Rent includes all utilities (heat, electric, cable/wifi, water, and monthly maid service). Walk to both Northern Vermont University and downtown Johnson. You must be a non-smoker, respectful of others right to a clean house, non-drug user, and have absolutely NO pets. There are currently 4 healthcare professionals living in the house from around the country. You'll have your own room but share a bathroom and common living areas with the other tenants. Parking is on-site but you will need a car as there are not public transportation options. Lynda Hill (property manager) will be available to help or answer and questions you have. Johnson is a great town nestled in the mountains of Vermont. People visit to go skiing at Smuggs(25min)/Stowe(30min)/Jay(45min), touring breweries, or want to get the quintessential New England experience. Johnson is about 15 minutes from The Manor and Copley Hospital. Again, the house is very quiet with bedrooms on the second floor and shared living space on the first floor. We usually have 4-6 people staying at the house at a time. Most stay for 1-3 months and are traveling healthcare workers.
