All races, ethnicities, religions, nationalities, and genders are welcome :) Prime location in the heart of Fingerlakes wine country! 2 miles from Trumansburg, 8 miles from Ithaca! Less than 2 miles from Taughannock Falls, Cayuga Lake, and the Gorge trail. Trumansburg is a small town with an unusual variety of restaurants, from down home nothing fancy, to truly fine dining (farm to table, emphasizing local, in season vegetables, fish, grains, and meats), first class pizza, world class coffee, ice cream, even a small bowling alley with excellent gourmet food at reasonable prices and a full bar built from vintage bowling lanes. They're starting to call Trumansburg the Williamsburg of Ithaca! Ithaca boasts all sorts of cultural activities, great music, theater, movies, dancing, and more restaurants per capita than New York City. And there is Brownie's fruit and vegetable stand a short walk from the house. Get the freshest, best tasting corn at Brownie's! There are literally dozens of wineries and breweries within less than a half hour drive. The Fingerlakes rock!!! I planted a small herb garden behind your house: 4 kinds of basil, a couple of kinds of sage, of parsley, cilantro, and more. Pick some fresh herbs and cook yourselves a lovely summer meal! You will have exclusive access to the whole 3 bedroom house, including the basement. In addition to the the 3 bedrooms, you can choose to sleep on the enclosed porch, and wake up surrounded by green! (The porch is listed as a 4th bedroom, and lists sofa beds - it is a trundle bed with 2 single mattresses, which can easily be moved around. * I had to list the room and the beds this way - AirBnb didn't provide other options! Sorry) The house is delightfully uncluttered and clean! All cotton sheets! I will be available by text, phone, and email! There is a wonderful, abundant, and friendly fruit and vegetable store a very short walk from the house. Get your fresh corn, blueberries, raspberries, peached, melons here! There is reserved guest parking for two cars. Additional parking, if necessary is allowed on the street in front of the house. There is a TCAT, Route 21 bus stop, a very short walk from the house. There is a set of beautiful vintage poker chips, and interesting books, puzzles, games, and various tables and spaces to play and do the puzzles...and stars to see in the sky, and fireflies - it's a good place to really unplug. But you are connected if you need to be!
