Cozy spacious room near to beach, city and airport

Our warm and comfy room with a single bed is just 13 minutes drive from the city or to the beach, and 15 minutes drive to the airport! It only takes 10-15 minutes walk to train, bus station and shopping plaza. Cozy bedroom with a window, desk, chair, wardrobe, and one single bed. Unlimited free wifi is available at all time. The backyard is also accessible and there are outdoor table and chairs which allow guests to chill or have meals outdoor. The kitchen is still accessible for all guests. Guests may store food in the kitchen cupboard and fridge. Please share with other guests and be considerate. Please remember to clean up after using. We live close by to this property. There are bus stops and train station by walking distance. There are shops in Castle Plaza, including Coles, Foodland, Target, cafés, restaurant, hungry jack's, banks, post office and other clothing and souvenir shops. Castle plaza is just 1.5km away from our home on South Road. There is also a park on the street. It is about 1-2 minutes walk from our home. There are other guests in the house. Please feel free to get in touch with each other. Music must be turned off after 9pm. Loud music is not allowed at all times. Outsiders are not allowed at all times. Parties are not permitted on this premises.
