Hello! Riverside Retreat hosts 12+ guests as a 5-star destination since 2019 for retreats, wedding parties, & fishing teams. Rental includes private access to 7+ beds, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, living space, dining, laundry, 2 docks, 3 porches & outdoor spaces. Property access restricted to reserved guests from Check-In 4p ET to Check-Out 10a ET, unless alternately arranged with advance notice to hosts. Fishing permitted in pond & river. Boats may dock with host permission, water level permitting Apr-Sep. Hosts greet new guests personally to provide entry and private keycode entry for check-in. Parking areas provide space to turn around or park boats and trailers. As owners & property managers, we reside in a fully private separate basement level residence that only shares driveway access with guests. We greet our guests at check-in and personalize each visit so all can enjoy Riverside Retreat during their stay. We have many return bookings and hope to get to know each group. Advance communication of details and questions for visits are welcome! Quiet residential property on cul-de-suc and private peninsula. Nearby Cities: Cleveland, Ooltewah, Chattanooga, Dayton, Decatur & Athens. Marinas: B&B Marina, Hwy 58 Ramp, Chickamauga Dam Events: Howe Farms (20 min), Fort Bluff Camp (40min) Colleges: Lee University, Bryan College, TN Wesleyan, Southern Adventist or UTC, UTK, Vanderbilt within 1-2 hrs. Car travel recommended. Chattanooga airport (CHA) only 40 minutes away. Approx 3 hours from ATLANTA Hartsfield airport. Water level for the river is regulated by TVA so property river level is restricted to Apr-Sep. During this time access to Hiwassee & TN River main channel is within 10 minutes. Other months are variable. For guests who anticipate fishing nearby, the property can park up to 4 boats +trailers & equipment. Access ramps nearby are Hiwassee 2.5 miles, B&B Marina 4miles, Dayton 15miles, and Chickamauga 20miles.
