This large ground floor room for 4 persons (plus infant under 2yrs free of charge), with en-suite bathroom, but not suitable for wheelchairs. The room comes equipped with a kitchenette. Fridge-freezer, Microwave, Toaster & kettle. (No Stove). Table & chairs During busy times there is a min of 2 nights but you can always ask if a single night is possible. Base price is for 3 persons. Table & chairs and highchair for small children. This is ideal for those who want to be up early or having a lie in. You can prepare picnics before you set off for the day or just settle back with a snack in the evenings. You will find everything you will need in the bathroom, towels shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer in the bedroom. TV with DVD player. A cot with bedding is available for infants under 2yrs free of charge. Please let me know in advance if cot is required. A code is provided for the front door and key to the bedroom door. There is a sitting room available for socialising with other guests. This is a registered B&B, rated 4* by AA and has all fire precautions in place. Fully insured and meeting all health & safety requirements Guest can access their room and sitting room. There is a key for bedroom door and code for entrance door which is changed on every guests departure. I live on the premises so usually around most of the time. My contact details are in the room information book for when I'm not there or emergencies at night Within 5 mins walk there is several local grocery shops and a 24hr supermarket. Pub/restaurant, hairdressers and lots of others. Located within 15 minutes walk of town centre and beach. There's a bus stop by the door for town and the X53 bus which travels along the Jurassic Coast. We have a private car park and there's street parking too. During the busy summer months there is a 2-3 night min but you can always ask if single night is possible. There are other double & twin rooms also available. Check in is from 4pm - 8pm. Outside these time by arrangement only. Check out by 10am.
