Thank you from Kirsten You have the entire cosy and clean house all to yourself, inc laundry, heating, tv, bbq and dishwasher. The drive way is a sharp and steep climb coming from Rotorua, on the right. It's not possible to turn up from that side of the road. . You will find a turning bay further up the road on the left.. there you need to turn around and head back towards Rotorua.. then straight up the driveway of 215 on the left. And just a heads up about the driveway.. it's a steep driveway, short, but steep, and it's deteriorating because of people having trouble driving up.. so I would like to pls give you a tip on the easiest way to get up.... It's to put your car in 1st gear and just commit to it..lol.. stay in first right the way to the top, ( you'll come out fine).. and please do not try and change into second, cause youll get stuck in the middle, that's where its deteriorating, from people's wheels spinning at the halfway point.. Hope that helps.. And thank u from kirsten This is leased land. A nature reserve of sorts. Very few houses here, just plenty of native bush and peaceful moments to enjoy. Neighbours can not be seen from this place, but state highway 30 offers a gentle reminder that you are still connected to civilisation. From here u can walk 500m along the lake edge on the boardwalk, and ur at the local cafe and GAS shop. Or drive 20 min to new world supermarket, in the lovely town of Kawerau. Go the other way and it's 30 min to Rotorua City. 4 minutes drive away, is Soda Springs Mineral pools.. worth a (Hidden by Airbnb) . Or.. 15 min away: Kawerau has a FREE beautiful out door hot spa.. a local council initiative.
