In this house we have combined the beauty of nature with the cutting edge of technology! The house contains 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, 1 kitchen with 2 balconies and a huge yard. Furthermore the house offers a variety of smart devices such as 2 smart TV, 2 Chromecast, 3 smart speakers and 3 smart bulbs, all these devices are voice controlled. The house is in close proximity of the beach, but also it is in the middle of Zipari and Tigaki. Kos town is 10 minutes away by car. The house contains 5 rooms * living room * kitchen * king bedroom * medium-sized bedroom * bathroom Entering the house we find the kitchen which contains all kitchen-essentials(fridge with freezer, hot plates/open rings, a oven, a sandwich-maker, a coffee machine, all necessary cutlery). Afterwards proceeding to the living room we immediately notice the smart TV which can be activated with our voice , one feature that exists in multiple devices in our house which are accessible from every spot. Additionally we see a brand-new sofa, a brand-new living room table and a stylish dinning table. The living room also contains a smart speaker , smart lighting , all accessible with voice commands and. The living room remains cool in the Summer thanks to the roofs ceiling fan which is also environmentally friendly. The rooms smell is massively improved by the air freshener which has been installed there(if you have any allergies or dislike the smell it can be easily turned off). Right after moving to the large bedroom we observe the 50' 4k Smart TV which as it's smaller counterpart can be controlled by voice(both TVs have Chromecast on them), we also observe the 2 large beds. A large wardrobe and 2 bed tables can store all your items. The lighting and the smart TV of the bedroom can be controlled through the additional smart speaker which can be found in the room. Entering the medium size bedroom we find a bunk, a large wardrobe, and a wall fan for cooling. Finally entering the bathroom we find a bathroom with all the expected essentials. The bathroom additionally contains a washing machine, so you can take care of all your clothes, in case of a longer stay. Salt and Paper, hygienic items for the kitchen and paper roll can be found in the kitchen for no additional cost. We offer mosquito repellent for free and the air freshener perfume lasts for 1 month(it is also free). Additionally we offer capsules for the washing machine for free(the number depends on the duration of your stay). To make your stay in Kos as safe as possible from the Corona Virus, we also provide free face masks and jell. Self Check-In is also included. The house is located in an ideal position for someone who wants a good overview of the whole Kos, as it is located approximately in the middle of the island. Tigaki is 5 minutes away by car and 10 minutes away on foot and Zipari is 5 minutes away on foot. The city of Kos is a bit farther away being around 10-15 minutes away by car, depending on the traffic. The bus station is also very close to the house, it is approximately 5 minutes on foot. Multiple mini markets are 5 minutes away on foot, in the town of Zipari. Multiple Super Markets are 10 minutes away on foot. A gas station can be found next to the house. Multiple pharmacies are 5 minutes away on foot, in the town of Zipari. The Tigaki beach is 4 minutes away by car. In the building building compound there is also a privately owned small orthodox church, which you can visit freely. We offer free cleaning once per week for free. We comply with all the Covid-19 regulations(wearing masks, making regular tests to check if we have been infected and keeping the house for a certain duration empty to reduce dangers of infection), and we also plan to have our whole team vaccinated before the start of the season(early June).
