The one whos managing place are staying upstair. swimming pool downstairs for guests to enjoy in a private area at their own disposal and convenience. Enjoy panoramic overlooking views of Taal lake and Mt. Maculot in a peaceful tranquil setting. We offer to families and friends a slice of paradise in the midst of mother nature, an unforgetable and relaxing getaway. Apart from the 6 air-conditioned rooms and swimming pool (adult and baby), there is a well equipped kitchen that includes a rice cooker, microwave oven, 3-burner hob, refridgerator, cooking utensils and cutlery. The owners being ardent Karaoke lovers have installed a professionally set up Karaoke Studio Room to add a different dimensions to a perfect destination for enjoyment amongst family and friends. Our Dinning area and specially designed and bulit balcony area and terraces offer panoramic views of Lake Taal and Mount Maculot that make a perfect backdrop for Family Meals, barbeques under the stars and Photo-opportunities. Max pax for guests is 15, additional person is P700, maximum of 18 including children. Children under 5 years of age not included under pax headcount. No pets allowed Check in time of 2 pm and check out time at 11 am must be stritctly adhered. Please take care of your children while using the pool. No running and diving allowed. Owners will not be liable for any claims against accidents or fatalities. No smoking in ALL rooms, kitchen and Karaoke room. Smoking allowed outdoors provided that cigarette buds are properly disposed in the bins provided. Responsible consumption of alcohol is allowed. A P2000 service charge will be levied for clearing up of vomit in any part of the premises. No rowdy games and parties allowed Quiet hours is after 10 pm. Use of Karaoke System until 10 pm. However guest are free to use the Karaoke room after 10 pm for bonding and drinking sessions. Provided the room door is closed at all times Guest will have to pay for any damage of equipment and fittings Guests to clean up the kitchen after use. In a event of a "brown out" by the main power provider, our home is backed-up with a 125KVA generator with Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) System to provide continuous and undisrupted power and water supply to our guests. Therefore ALL guest can be assured of undisrupted enjoyment during their stay with us. Please note that this is a private home and not a hotel or resort. Our concept of service is on a "on call' basis as we want you to enjoy total privacy with your loved ones and families Notwithstanding, any assistance you require will be attended to expeditiuously as we are just a minute calll away. We also do not recommend our private space for organisation of any events and roudy parties. Our neighbourhood is a in the midst of lush greeneries and nature. As we are located in the province, loud parties and large crowd gatheings are not permitted at our vacation home. Nothwithstanding Starbucks, Robinsons Supermarket and fast food outlets like JolliBee and Chow King are only 15 mins drive away from our vacation home. Purchase of live Tilapia and Bangus fish for barbeque can be purchased at the near-by Sari Sari shops. For sports enthusiasts, you can try walking or jogging up the steep slopes of the undulating terrain here that surrounds our vacation home. Morning or evening walks are a must to enjoy the lush greenery and fresh province air. If your lucky, you can also get to pick up nice native indian mangoes during specific times of the year.
