Your separate wing with guests only entrance. Guests walk to the side of my home & around the back there is a separate courtyard with a gate & palling fence. Inside two separate rooms opening into a hallway+ separate toilet, large bathroom. The kitchen is small & doubles for a laundry. BBQ is available. Guests parking spot. Private separate entrance. Main bedroom QB. Large en-suite with spa bath & separate toilet. All windows and door are double-glazed. Extra sitting room with an ottoman that pulls out as extra bed. Table & chairs. The Kitchenette has a bar fridge, microwave, cutlery, plates & all you will need with a selection of tea/coffee. Washing machine for your use. Ducted heating & cooling. Portable fan and heater also available. A continental breakfast included. Walking/cycling tracks, lake nearby. Mulligans Flat Reserve, wildlife of all kinds.
