You are only a short walk from Newcastle Regional Art Gallery too. Our location in the East End of Newcastle has a unique combination of beach and urban living with everything you need within walking distance including the beach, harbour, restaurants, morning coffee, yoga, art galleries and parks. If you need anything during your stay please get in touch. Our neighbourhood has a village vibe in the city centre and you can walk to everything. Your morning coffee choices are plenty but we love Good Brother and Moor both just a very short walk away. Breakfast/Brunch is great at East End Hub, Moor and Cirque. Lunch time usually finds us at The Falcon, Rustica or Customs House with it's fantastic views of the harbor. You may also find yourself returning here for an end of the day drink on the balcony of this historical building. Lounge Bars for an early evening aperitif are numerous but we like Bar Petite, Reserve Bar, The Falcon and Customs House. (Most have happy hours from 5 -7) There are plenty of options for dinner with many restaurants in our street from casual Italian at Rosina's, Thai or Scotties for excellent fish n chips. Bocados, Mason and Rustica have good reputations for providing a great dining experience. ( Bookings essential) If you are flying to Newcastle a local bus ( leaving half hourly) will bring you from the airport to the city centre. Driving to Newcastle - there are long stay carparks nearby (Bolton Street Carpark is the closest.) Free Street parking from Friday 5pm till Monday 9am and metered parking Mon-Fri 9am till 5pm If your coming by train or bus there is a light rail service to Newcastle Beach, just a short walk to Curve Art Apartment. Once you are here walking is the best way to see the city, beaches and harbour, that are just 5 minutes away.
