Family-Friendly 3 Bed Cottage with Snowdonia Views

Our beautiful, 3 bedroom cottage has been in the family for over three decades. After being used as a retreat for many wonderful family holidays, we are now opening the doors to guests to enjoy everything that our property and the surrounding area has to offer. Just outside the village of Y Felinheli, the cottage offers a rural paradise but within easy reach by car of the beaches of Anglesey, the mountains of Snowdonia National Park & the towns of Caernarfon and Bangor for any shopping needs. *As seen on TV* Get a sneak peek of the cottage on this Aldi advert! (Website hidden by Airbnb) At only 7 miles from the Snowdonia National Park, the cottage is also an ideal base for avid walkers, climbers and cyclists. With two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom the cottage can accommodate 6 people comfortably, there is also a travel cot, fold out single bed and sofa bed available on request (please inform us at time of booking as additional charges may apply for extra guests). There is central heating as well as a working fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need, including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. The good sized rear garden is a perfect place to spend a warm afternoon, with garden furniture and a BBQ, surrounded by fields and farmland. When you are tired of exploring the wonderful surrounding area, you can relax with wi-fi, freeview TV, DVDs and books all of which are available for your use. Children are more than welcome at the property and a travel cot, highchair, stair gate, toys and kids books are all available. You will have access to the entire cottage and private garden. We use a well respected and very local property manager who will be on hand during your stay. You will see from the map that our cottage is fairly isolated, and you will find the village shops of Y Felinheli around at 20 minute walk away. Parking is available to the front or side of the property but as we neighbour a working farm, the farmer may ask guests to move their car from time to time if he needs to move his cattle. ** Due to Covid we are committed to the enhanced cleaning protocol set forth by Airbnb, our guests and staff safety is of upmost importance. You will see a reflection of this in the higher cleaning rate we are imposing as it now takes extra time to prepare between guests and make sure everything is properly cleaned & sanitized according to the guidelines. We ask that during your stay you clean after yourselves with the extra cleaning supplies provided and place all used bed linens & towels in the plastic bags our housekeeper will provide. Also please make sure to indicate exactly how many guests will be staying at the cottage (adults & children) as we are only providing enough bedding & towels for the amount of guests booked. If you plan to use the sofa bed or foldaway bed you will need to bring your own duvet & pillows, we have extra sheets & duvet covers for use but need to know in advance to provide.
