I rent 7 bungalows in a local guesthouse in the center of Kendwa, less than 5 minutes walking from the beach, 2 minute away from Kendwa Rocks, Sunset and the other famous hotels. I have 2 self contained rooms with own bathroom, each accommodating up to 2 persons. I also have 1 house with 2 double rooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Beautiful outside area for relaxing including breakfast area and open fire pit to gather around in the evenings. Owner - chef (Kendwa born) can prepare delicious meals for dinner on request in the outside kitchen. Newly relisted after further renovations and improvements, owner Hilali onsite to address any problems should they arise. A genuine local experience and a budget price without sparing the comforts. Outside communal areas Owner available almost always to offer local advice and assist with everything. Kendwa is hailed as the best beach on Zanzibar. All types of water sports and tours available in the area. The owner has several and can arrange trips and transportation, airport pickups, and tours of the whole Zanzibar.
