Cozy Room w/ Parking

Clean private room, with comfortable bed and mattress (140*200 cm), in quiet and scenic neighborhood near Zurich City. Only reserve this room if you have a visible photo of yourself in your AirBnB profile that everyone can see. Do not direct me to other websites to find your photo. Check-in/out depends on my availability. I prefer to be present to greet you, and to also collect the key on your departure. Please carefully read ALL the House Rules, before confirming your reservation. Guess can access all areas, except my bedroom. I give my guests space, but am available when needed. Walking distance to shopping center and supermarkets (Mon-Sat, 8am-8pm), dry cleaners, several restaurants, in/outdoor swimming pools, saunas, fitness centers, tennis centers, running/walking trails; 10-minute bus ride to lake (Limmat, Dietikon); and 12-minute walk to hospital (Spital Limmattal, Schlieren). Convenient access to frequent transportation and easy connections - 4 buses, 6 trains and 5 train stations. Walking distance to four bus stops (3 minutes) or to two train stations (15 minutes). Easy door-to-door commute with bus and/or train to popular destinations - Schlieren/Dietikon (10 minutes) - Altstetten/Hardbrucke/Zurich Main Station (25 minutes) - Oerlikon (35 minutes) - Zurich Airport (45 minutes). FREE street parking in white zone. I do not have a coffee machine or special coffee-making equipment. The kitchen has everything else you need. The washing machine (no dryer) is available as a courtesy to guests staying longer than two weeks. Please make sure you have enough clean clothes for your trip. Please, if you are high maintenance, it is best you stay at a hotel that can best serve you.
