Ideal jumping off point for Gold Coast theme parks and beaches, Toowoomba & Darling Downs and only 90 minutes to Sunshine Coast. 25 minutes to Brisbane CBD after 9 AM. 20 minutes to Ipswich CBD. Flat enough to cycle. 15 minute walk to closest shopping strip. 2 minutes to Service Station Shop. 10 minutes to free Orion (Springfield) swimming lagoon with lifeguard. 5 minutes to cinema. Buses are hourly and stop early in the evening. You need a car/cab at night. 25 minutes to Brisbane, 20 minutes to Ipswich. 45 Minutes to Brisbane Airport and Gold Coast, 60 minutes to Surfers Paradise and 70 minutes to Coolangatta Airport or Toowoomba. Off peak free parking available near the Railway station. Peak hour travel parking also free but be quick. Flat area in fastest growing suburbs in Australia. Cycling is easy. bicycles to borrow. Supermarket and Fast Foods only 15 minutes walk away. 24 hour Service Station Shop just 2 minutes walk. The buses are not very good. They stop early in the evening and run only hourly.
