At a 5 minute distance there is a wonderful bakery from which one can buy early morning breads, pizza and pastries. A lot of our guests indulge in getting their breakfast there to then enjoy it in the house or in the garden. The medieval town is at 15 minutes walk and is great for daytime and night-time strolls. The entire house is for you and you can enjoy 100% privacy with your own entrance and facilities. Nepi is an extremely charming town situated at about 40km from Rome at the heart of the luxurious and rugged Agro Falisco close to many attractive and historical sites as well as quaint restaurants and local delicatessen. In the near vicinity you can visit stunning medieval boroughs perched on rocks as well as nature reserves, waterfalls and hills. The best way to get to Nepi is by car. The house has free parking for guests but there is also free public parking on the roads nearby. Nepi can also be reached by regional bus (Cotral) from the Saxa Rubra depot in Rome.
