Inexpensive Longer Stay Studio Apartment

Welcome to our studio apartment. Our place is perfect for people coming for holiday, short term work , work placement or study. There's a brand new kitchen, comfy bed, study desk, air-condition and smart TV for your convenience. There is no washing machine in the unit, you will be able to use the one inside of the main house. (Please read the house rules there are some useful tips/information for you. Photo description also have some information.) Thank you :) Our studio appartment is a renovated granny flat that is not attached to the main house, but still located close enough to the house we live in. There is only one bedroom that is not separated from the kitchen by any wall (please see photos). The living space is spacious enough for two people. We are welcome families with kids, I can provide one travel cot for a child, but there is no other sleeping arrangements except one queen bed. Guests have access to their accommodation via a key box at the front door of the unit. We are very happy to communicate with our guests. We want you to be right at home and feel like part of our family. If you are a tourist to the area please feel confident to ask as many questions as you want. We may highlight local activities and others that you may encounter on your travel through our region. A Supermarket, bakery, chemist and bottle shop are in the nearby shopping centre. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby (15 minutes walk). Uber and Queensland Ride Share are available in Bundaberg. Tourist company will pick up from our location for trips to Lady Musgrave Island. Public buses are available during the day. If you need anything else to make your stay more comfortable ie. an additional blanket or a chair please ask as we may have it. If there is anything you don't need we will try to remove it from the unit on your request. We do not put everything in the apartment as it would be too cluttered. We may have just what you need.
