Close to transport, shops, lake, beaches, National Parks, Jambaroo Action Park, Kiama Blowhole, Nan Tien Temple A modern, single level, suburban, brick/tile home. The apartment is attached to the house but is completely separated & private with sole use of the spa & pool Private entrance plus you will have access to all parts of the apartment which includes the pool, backyard, verandas & spa I can be available for all queries at any time but other than that you will have complete privacy. Dapto is close to the ocean, lake & mountains. Only 15 mins from Wollongong, but without the noise, traffic & parking hassles of the city or northern suburbs. Lake Illawarra is 5 minutes away. World class beaches & multiple National Parks are a 20 min drive & Sydney CBD is 1.5 to 2 hrs via car or public transport. If you find you are over the limit on a night out, please don’t drive. Just call & I will be happy to pick you up. If you are in the Illawarra for an event or festival & parking may be an issue I can do a drop-off &/or pick-up. Bus stop (Website hidden by Airbnb) at the end of the street. Train station: 1km away which can take you directly to Sydney CBD in 1-5 to 2 hrs. Dapto CBD: 2 minutes away by car or a gentle 15 minute walk along flat ground. If your group includes children, please ensure the childproof pool fences are closed & supervise your children at all times whilst in the pool or spa. Press the spa buttons slowly as you could accidentally enter an unwanted code The MP3 player/radio can be powerful & loud. If you listen to music by the pool or spa, please consider the time & the neighbours. The third bed is a trundle under the single bed in the second bedroom
