Beautiful Golf and kangaroo sanctuary

This house is ideal for anyone wanting to play golf or just to enjoy the beautiful area of sanctuary cove, relax and enjoy watching the Kangaroos or lake view from the lounge. Just a short walk to the marina restaurants and shops. The area is so quiet and lovely to stroll around the manicured gardens of the Cove which are mostly gated areas with 24/7 security control, visitors have to be booked in to access. The Marina shops, theatre and excellent restaurants are a short 10 minute walk, Golf can be booked from the country club to play on the Palms course. Mount Tambourine is a short 45 minute drive and features bushwalking and an elevated skywalk providing direct entry to upper and middle canopies of the lush rain forest. The Cedar Creek Falls 500 metre walk offers views of waterfalls cascades and rock pools.Theme Parks are 20-25 mins away, Movie World, Wet N Wild, Outback spectacular or Dreamworld, this is an ideal base to explore the Gold Coast. Guests can use the kitchen, laundry, relax in the lounge watch tv or just enjoy the views. Or relax in the court yard. I am happy to give any assistance with recommendations for where to visit, eat travel around etc Being a secure gated area it is a very safe and quiet area, so visitors must be caring of my neighbours I am an Uber Driver so anyone needing a lift to the nearby Theme parks which are only 20-25mins away I can assist if required. There are some buses from the village too. The nearest Train stations are Upper Coomera and Helensvale (you can connect to the light rail to go as far as Broad beach from this) I can also assist for pick ups or drop offs from Gold Coast airport or Brisbane airport. I don't include young children to stay here only because my little Dog prefers adults and I would worry he might not behave well around them
