Freshly renovated super spacious two bedroom apartment with an awesome location. 10 minutes from downtown St Paul. 20 minutes from Minneapolis and the Airport. But, why would you want to leave the neighborhood? Easy walk to local Indie restaurants,coffee shops, and all of the other amenities one would expect from a super chill urban casa. Not to mention high speed internet,baller kitchen, and EVERY single thing in the apartment is brand new! Also- the only apt in the building. It's incredible :) Tons of light. No carpet. Vintage space with an industrial modern feel. Ice cold central air. Super high speed private internet. Lots of comfy spots to post up on your laptop. Abundant free street parking. Super walkable with pretty much everything you need within 6 blocks walk. Dog park within a mile. Nice public green space nearby. Awesome bike and walking paths along the mighty Mississippi River very near by. Places you can easily walk to - Dairy Queen,Black Sheep Coffee Cafe, Sunlight Cafe, Public Library, El Jibarito, The Coop(Old School Fried Chicken Joint). There is easy free street parking in the immediate area. Parking is extremely easy and mostly free throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. There is a bus stop on the same corner as the apartment. The Twin Cities metro area has light rail, bus rapid transit, and tons of City buses. Uber/Lyft is popular. Bike friendly with hundreds of miles of dedicated bike and pedestrian only paths.
