Being a few short minutes away from downtown Greenville, along with the cozy feel of the house, this early 1900's yet upgraded house makes you feel right at home. Perfect place for a mini relaxing weekend getaway with the family. *The neighbors have dogs. You may hear them bark from their backyard *Absolutely No shoes on the rugs or beds *Absolutely no smoking of any kind *Drug use is strictly prohibited on the entire property *Absolutely no party or loud event. There will be penalties Greenville Cottage is close to downtown as well as many shopping/grocery stores including Walmart, Ross, Marshall’s, Rue 21, Starbucks, and many fast food places and restaurants. Everything you need is within a short distance from the house. Guests have access to the entire house (except a small closet directly in front of the bathroom). There’s a shared driveway with the next door neighbor that leads you to the private backyard where you can park your car. There's a Smart TV in the living room that has Netflix and Amazon Prime. Guests are welcome to use either of the two apps. No movie rentals/purchases are allowed on Amazon Prime. Please don’t park your car in the driveway as it’s shared with the next door neighbor. You can park in the private backyard behind the house. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space, and our lovely neighbors, with respect. If any problem(s) arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
